Conference 2024

Trauma Informed Ireland 2024

Thank you to everyone who attended our sold-out event!

We were delighted to host our third National Trauma Informed Practice Conference on 7th November 2024, in the Grand Hotel, Malahide. Following the great success of our 2022 conference, this year’s event surpassed expectations and became our biggest yet.

The day was dynamic and engaging, featuring outstanding keynote speakers, practical skills workshops, plenaries, and panel discussions. It was a fantastic opportunity to share and learn from a diverse group of researchers, service providers, and those with lived experience.

We were honoured to bring together individuals from across Health, Justice, and Social Care sectors—alongside academics, NGOs, policymakers, and government services—for an inspiring and enlightening day.

Thank you again to everyone who made it such a memorable event.

We conducted a post-event survey to gain insights into how we can improve future events and to better understand the current landscape of Trauma-Informed Practice (TIP) in Ireland. You can read the full report at the link below.
