Ciara has always been interested in human beings and all their quirks. This curiosity has led her into various areas of study, from exploring theories of the human condition to understanding the practicalities of personal responsibility, and embracing the practice of mindfulness. She has also explored how the body can provide an authentic center from which to move.
She loves the freedom that movement and dance bring, offering an escape from the busy mind to a more fluid space, where worries loosen and a sense of lightness emerges, often allowing her to connect with a playful, curious part of herself.
Ciara has worked in organisational development for over 15 years. She also collaborates with the Sanctuary, where she facilitates movement and mindfulness groups. Her qualifications include a degree in Humanities, a Diploma in Life Coaching, a Diploma in Chakra Dance, and certification as an MBLC Mindfulness Teacher.
