Christina Burke is a Barrister in criminal defence, having represented defendants, in many high profile cases , such as human trafficking, rape, and Christina also specialises in trauma informed law. She lectures in Ethics and Human Rights at the South East Technological University, and regularly presents at many international conferences on trauma informed law approaches to Courts and sentencing.

She most recently presented at the Justice as Trauma Conference in Vancouver Canada . She have also worked at the Innocence Clinic in Baltimore MD USA, and also with Victims of human trafficking in Florida USA. Christina has published extensively in the areas of Human Rights, Ethics and Trauma Informed Law.
