Anita Allen is currently working in Barnardos as a Project Worker as part of the Barnardos National Wellbeing Project. In this role, she covers the Fingal area, delivering wellbeing programs to the community. She focuses on body-based interventions that integrate the heart, body, and mind. This position has enabled her to showcase her trauma-informed approach by supporting the ongoing development and delivery of quality, needs-led, outcomes-focused services within Barnardos.
